All prices at kismas.shop are incl. VAT.

Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected when your goods leave our warehouse for delivery.

You can always reach out for a status on your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order # as a reference.
The tracking number for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped.
KISMAS reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or hold any order you place with us. Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that indicates the order number and contains information about the details of your order.
By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having checked that all the colours of the chosen product/s AND the size are correct. Every submitted order shall be considered final.

Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact KISMAS email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
If you wish to return an item we provide 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. Please use the KISMAS return form which you can download here. Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Payment will be returned upon receipt of the item. This will usually take 2-3 working days.
Please be aware that lighting is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special ordered items.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from kismas.shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special ordered items cannot be cancelled.
Purchase orders can be concluded in Lithuanian or English and are kept by us for five (5) years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
All of the content that appears on the website, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the website, products, and other materials, are the exclusive property of KISMAS and are protected by EU laws.
We process your data according to the EU's new Personal Data Regulation, GDPR, implemented on May 25, 2018.
The personal data we handle will be processed under applicable data protection rules.
KISMAS's Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time (e.g. to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or changes to relevant legislation and regulations), so we therefore ask you to accept our Terms & Conditions each time you are make a purchase from the Website. You will not be given notification of any such changes. The Terms & Conditions that were applicable and that you accepted when you made your purchase will be the Terms & Conditions that apply to your order.
